5. After that, you’ll need to verify your identity to proceed. This process generally takes a few minutes but may take longer if your case requires manual review; you will need to input some information about yourself, and upload a legal document (such as a passport) and a selfie.
   
   
   
6. Once you’re Gold level verified, you can proceed to deposit cash and use it to buy crypto according to the following instructions:
   

Verified/Returning Users

Once you are Gold level verified, you can deposit cash via bank transfer and use the cash to buy crypto any time!

Depositing Cash:

1. Select the currency you wish to deposit (if you wish to deposit USD, please see here):
   
   
2. Next, select "Deposit," in the upper right corner, or, if this is your first deposit, you can select "Deposit Now" in the middle of the page
   
   
3. Your unique deposit details will be shown here. Please note, this is not a bank account under your name; it is a unique virtual reference. On the deposit screen you will be shown detailed wiring instructions including the bank name, IBAN, and Bank Code.
   
   
   
4. Use your mobile banking app or bank account website to send a transfer from your bank account to the deposit details displayed in your wallet (not the details displayed in these example images). Alternatively, you can call or visit your bank in person to execute a wire transfer. GBP transfers and domestic US wires are typically received within one business day. EUR transfers and international USD wires are typically received within 2-3 business days. If you have not received the funds after 3 business days, please reach out to our Support team here and we will be happy to assist.

Buying Crypto With Your Cash Balance

Once you've deposited cash to your Wallet, you can use it to funds new crypto purchases at any time!
